I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with pink. As in, I love the colour – would decorate my house in different shades of it, would wear it head to toe everyday – but being a 23-year-old working in fashion, where everyone wears black 24-7, I don’t often get a chance to wear it.

I get my pink fix through accessories, and this blush, pastel Alexander McQueen scarf is one of my go-to pieces, often worn chucked on over an all-black ensemble.

scarf: alexander mcqueen | polo: asos | wrap midi skirt: asos | shoes: valentino

I threw this scarf on over a grey polo-neck and soft wrap midi skirt, both from Asos; this outfit was so insanely comfy for work, it felt like I was wearing pyjamas. Continuing the nod to the pink trend, I paired the cotton candy colour of the scarf with my nude Valentinos; how great are they?
